FetTube is intended exclusively for adults. All persons depicted in sexually explicit content available through this website must have been at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created.

Record-keeping notice

FetTube operates as an online platform that hosts content submitted or supplied by users, creators and content providers. To the extent required by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A and their implementing regulations, the records concerning performers depicted in content are maintained by the applicable original producer or content provider. FetTube is not the primary producer of user-submitted content unless expressly stated otherwise.

Uploader requirements

Every uploader and content provider must confirm that:

every person depicted was at least 18 years old when the content was produced;
the provider holds all required age-verification, identity, consent and record-keeping documentation;
the content complies with all applicable laws and FetTube's terms; and
the provider has the legal right to upload and distribute the content.

Prohibited content

FetTube has zero tolerance for content involving minors, non-consensual material or other illegal content. Suspected violations may be removed immediately, accounts may be suspended, and relevant information may be preserved or reported to the appropriate authorities where required.
